Ramon recently retired from the Elk Grove Police Department after 31 years of service, where he served as the Forensic Supervisor of the Forensic Services Section. In this role, he oversaw crime scene operations, supervised forensic personnel, and ensured proper evidence handling, documentation, and adherence to professional standards across a wide range of investigations.
