In 2023, Ms. Kelley earned a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in forensics, and in 2024, she accepted a contract position as a Crime Gun Intelligence Specialist supporting the ATF Tampa Field Division, in which she provided investigative support and conducted NIBIN entries for both federal agents and local agencies.
