Description
This live, instructor-led course provides officers with a solid foundation in criminal interdiction and proactive traffic enforcement. Delivered via Zoom, the class focuses on the core legal principles governing traffic stops, roadside investigations, and interdiction decision-making. Instruction covers constitutional case law, lawful traffic stops, reasonable suspicion development, and effective roadside conversation within legal boundaries.
Providing the tools for cops how to work interdiction is something every department around the nation lacks. Being a proactive cop is superior because you are going to the crime as opposed to waiting for that call for service, but most of us are not given the tools to find that. This class provides us that from A-Z.
