Description
Whether you are a patrol officer or detective, this class is a must. No matter what your assignment is, the goal is to gather reliable and relevant information when speaking to people. Mastering the art of interviewing takes time and patience. Led by Lt. Erik Baum (Ret.) this course will transform and enhance the way you conduct victim/witness interviews and criminal suspect interrogations. During the course you will learn effective methods to interview victims of crimes, witnesses of crimes to extract the most reliable information, while learning how to detect deception so you can obtain confessions legally and ethically from individuals who are withholding the truth.
