A new and different approach to explaining what the history of Narco Cultura is and how it relates to DTO’s of present day. The vast history was fascinating to see/hear with real world videos that seemed personal for the class.
This class is very much worth attending. Victor is very knowledgeable and puts out important information. After attending this class I have realized how many signs I missed working the streets. The information put out in class is updated information and not from years ago. You won't be sorry you took this class. I will take it again if I'm able to!

Great course, the ability to explain how to identify symbols used by criminals.
Victor's class is a grade above all other classes. His knowledge is first hand, accurate and entertaining while he's teaching! I recommend this class to all law enforcement that have an interest in drug Trafficking and interdiction.
