The instructors were very knowledgeable and clear in providing information and clearly have an interest in the field as well as the success of the students. The course was put together in a way that worked towards building towards final scenarios which incorporated all of those elements.
This course did a great job at providing the initial basics and building on that foundation to allow a complete application of all skills and tactics.
J Harris provides high quality instruction utilizing high quality teachers that provide in depth knowledge and expertise.
I highly recommend this case - you will obtain a solid baseline that gives you the confidence going into a crisis negotiation.
It was an honor to train alongside law enforcement from different backgrounds and departments to learn the necessary skills to negotiate in crisis situations. The instructors were well-versed in this subject and confident in their presentation while maintaining a collaborative attitude with the mental health professionals. It was a great experience.
