I came into this class not really knowing what to expect. I honestly signed up for it just to take a class. I am so happy I did! Matt made me realize why I was doing some of the things I was doing weren't healthy to my mind or body, and how to "fix" it. 10:10 Stars!!! If you have the opportunity to participate in one of his classes, DO IT!

This class makes you feel like you are not alive if you are going through something in your life. As a first responder this course will help me when dealing with psychiatric patients.
